She's been at it AGAIN!!!!

My darling daughter that is!!!! If you recall, Hailey made her "Papa" a gorgeous 8" x 8" scrapbook for Christmas (you can see it in the December 2007 posts). She did each year of her life as a double page layout and used mostly pictures of the two of them....they are VERY special to each other - they were both born on July 1st!!! How cool is that? In the original album, she only went up to YEAR 4. Now for each occassion (birthday, grandparents' day, Christmas....) she can make more pages and give them as gifts for his album.

She's been using a Becky Higgins layout book - but chooses her own colors and embellishments. This kid has more creative talent in her little pinky than I have in my whole body!!!!

For her birthday - I made a pop-top can and put a gift certificate for a hair cut, style and highlights....something that she has been bugging me about forever! I was terrified to take her in to get her hair cut - because it is soooooooooooo beautiful. It's all natural curl and she wanted bangs - OH MY GOSH!!!! Well, when we got their, Cindy, my AMAZING hair stylist talked her out of the bangs (THANK GOODNESS). As I'm standing there watching her cut SLABS of curls off - she could see that I was freaking out....almost hyperventilating...my eyes were as big as saucers! She actually turned to me several times to make sure I wasn't going to go POSTAL - she also turned to me and said "are you going to be OK?" LOL LOL LOL Well....I survived and my daughter ABSOLUTELY LOVES her new "DO!" And...I DO TOO!!! I never doubted Cindy - she's the BEST!
