Everyone LOVED the Chicken Enchilada Dip on Friday night....and ask that I share the recipe.....SO here it is:
Chicken Enchalida Dip
1 large canned chicken breast
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
4 oz Cream Cheese
Handfull Shredded Cheese
4-6 oz Green Salsa
Put everything in a little dip crockpot and heat. Serve with Tortilla Chips. It's always a HUGE hit at parties!
If you put 6 oz of the Green Salsa in here - it's a little spicey! Just the way I like it!
